Recherche sur la générativité et les institutions culturelles

Une recherche académique est en cours au GREGOR sur les variables explicatives des attitudes et comportements de don des individus amateurs d’art et de culture. Un contrat de recherche a été signé en octobre 2012 entre le Musée du Louvre, intéressé par cette recherche, l’Université de Bretagne Sud et l’IAE de Paris pour établir précisément les modalités de cette recherche. Plus spécifiquement, la recherche en cours vise à l’accroissement des connaissances théoriques et empiriques sur les comportements altruistes, et en particulier sur les comportements de don ou de legs aux institutions culturelles. Elle porte notamment sur la passation d’une échelle de mesure élaborée par d’autres chercheurs, McAdams et de St Aubin (1992)[1]. Cette échelle de mesure s’intéresse à la générativité (un concept introduit en 1963 par Erik Erikson) et permet de décrire l’intérêt des individus à prendre soin et à avoir le souci des générations futures, en transmettant un savoir, un bien, des valeurs, ou encore, en créant ou préservant des biens pour les générations suivantes. Ce concept peut tenir un rôle important dans les mécanismes qui sous-tendent les comportements altruistes, en particulier envers les institutions culturelles ou patrimoniales.

Un questionnaire permettant de mesurer : un certain nombre de variables explicatives du don, de nature socio-démographique et psychologique ainsi que l’attitude et le comportement de don des individus a été envoyé fin octobre 2012 par l’IAE de Paris à un échantillon d’abonnés du Musée du Louvre.

Dans le cadre de cette recherche, une demande d’autorisation a été effectuée auprès de la CNIL sous le numéro M1G0553847A. Un avis a été rendu le 28 novembre 2012 sous le numéro 1634426 v 1. Arts et restructuration
Le projet « Arts et Restructurations » se donne pour objectif principal de susciter, autour d'un certain nombre de ces œuvres (littéraires, cinématographiques, théâtrales,...), des regards et des débats croisés entre chercheurs, syndicalistes, artistes, dirigeants, et citoyens plus largement. Il propose pour ce faire de mener une analyse multi-acteurs comparative sur trois pays, la Belgique, la France et le Royaume-Uni, à partir d'œuvre issues majoritairement de ces pays,  complétées le cas échéant par des œuvres d'autres pays. Le projet vise donc à analyser dans les trois pays ce que ces œuvres apportent à la compréhension du sujet des restructurations, aux problèmes qu'elles soulèvent et aux réponses qui peuvent être apportées. L'hypothèse sous-jacente est que ces réponses peuvent être à la fois plus robustes et plus facilement appropriables par les acteurs concernés.

Ainsi l'idée centrale de ce projet est que les œuvre d'art permettent d'éclairer de façon à la fois pédagogique (utilisation d'images, descriptif romanesque, utilisation de rôle et de personnage ...) et précise les situations de restructurations, ainsi que les postures des acteurs parties prenantes et leurs raisons d'être.
